The 10-Point Financial Health Check for Growing Businesses

A simple way to see where your financial foundation is strong and where it needs attention.

Why this check exists

Growth can hide financial problems. Sales may be increasing while cash gets tighter. Reports may look fine while the team is spending hours fixing errors behind the scenes.

This 10-point check is designed to help a business owner or CEO look at the financial foundation without needing an accounting degree. Answer each question based on what is true today, not what you hope will be true next quarter.
